Two Players Elected To Baseball Hall Of Fame
The Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum will be welcoming two former members of the Detroit Tigers to the class of 2018. The hall announced Sunday that the Modern Baseball Era Committee has elected three-time 20-game winner Jack Morris and six-time All-Star shortstop Alan Trammell to next year’s class. Once inducted there will be 319 members in the Hall. Morris and Trammell will be inducted in July along with any electees who emerge from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America voting, on January 24th.
